The nurses, respiratory therapists, and auxiliary nurses of Laval Union (SIIAL) approached Agence Mac Média for the creation of a brand-new platform. This platform would ensure the safety and confidentiality of meetings that were occuring virtually since the beginning of the pandemic. Our software department took on the job to create customised software to meet these needs.
SIIAL wanted to find a new way to hold meetings, appointments and assemblies virtually but also confidentially. Our mandate was to create a platform that would host up to 3000 health workers, all while maintaining professional confidentiality. To satisfy the demand, our team took on the task of creating customised software that would answer all of their expectations. Thanks to the verification system put in place by our experts, the union can now discuss salary increases, executive decisions, pass votes, without worrying about privacy invasion during a confidential meeting.
