A tech plan for a tech company

Techno Compétences is a non-profit organization (NPO) in Montreal that specializes in training solutions in information and communication technologies (ICT), in management of human resources, as well as remuneration and services for businesses, in the IT field. Due to their limited resources, the NPO mandated us to create their e-commerce, as well as the optimisation of their CRM that was already in place. Then, our mission was to help position them on the web. Here is a glimpse into what we did.

When selling training solutions and wanting to obtain tickets according to selected time slots, we prioritize the automation of the process to avoid losing our minds. This is why our web experts created a transactional site that allows users to buy tickets directly on the website, which automatically reserves the person's spot according to the time slot chosen. Since e-commerce is connected to CRM HubSpot, automated by our team, the bills are automatically sent without having to follow up manually.

After the launch of the transactional site, our team of experts in search engine optimization established a local SEO strategy to position Techno Compétences all over the greater Montreal area.
