Bota Bota is a company best known for their spa on the water located in the Old Port of Montreal. Their unique and retro concept of thermal baths right in an iconic neighbourhood allows clients to enjoy a moment of relaxation while taking in the spectacular views. During a busy period, the company contacted us to create a chatbot that would assist them in answering to their clients in an efficient way, without wait times.
Bota Bota loved our chatbot creation and hired us to build one for them to help them manage their customer service during a period of high demand. With the effervescence of social media and the amount of important messages the company was receiving, there was a definite need to find a solution to offer optimal service online. It was with the goal of reducing wait times for clients, that we created different conversations on demand with the help of a chatbot to answer their needs. Today, the chatbot includes an option for booking services, booking tickets for the baths, as well as an integrated FAQ to answer over one hundred different questions.
